Go Ape! Review

This definitely wins the award for the strangest energy drink I've ever had, atleast for now. This drink is called Go Ape!, and it is sold at Circle K convienience stores in the Polar Pop Machines. "Word on the street" is that these are only sold in Circle K's that sell a lot of Polar Pop's. Apparently mine does, so I got one and here's what I think about it.

Review: When I pressed the picture of an ape holding a weight and a baseball, I didn't exactly get what I expected. This drink is pure red, and after I drank it, my lips and teeth were red. I took the first sip right after I got out of the store, and the taste suddenly seemed to make me wide awake. This energy drink's taste is pretty strong, but it tastes really good. I actually liked the taste so much that I couldn't help but drink this a little faster than normal. The energy boost it provides is also pretty potent. I actually felt a little more energetic and more focused than I had with some more expensive drinks. Overall this was definitely worth the 59 cents (63 cents with tax) . I think Circle K should start selling Go Ape! in bullet-cans for a cheap 99 cent alternative, I would buy it.

Rip It "Lime Wrecker" Review

Before I start this review, I want to say something about the distribution of this drink. I live in Ohio, and this drink is made by Faygo. If you've never seen or bought Faygo soda in a store near you, you probably won't be able to find this drink.

Price: 99 cents (Very Reasonable)
Taste: 5/10
Energy: 4/10

Review: You basically get what you pay for. This drink actually doesn't taste like a lot of other energy drinks. Maybe thats because it's "fuel". The taste isn't terrible at all but the reason I gave it a 5/10 is because of the after taste, which isn't great. As for the energy you get from the drink, it's what you'd expect to get for 99 cents. It does give you a decent boost of energy, but it's not too intense. I don't really regret trying this, and I'll probably drink and review the other flavors sooner or later. Overall, if you want a decent energy drink that's cheap, get this.
